Over the Christmas break I was fortunate enough to visit the amazing West Elm store in Chapel Street, South Yarra. Part of the hugely successful William-Sonoma group, that gave us Pottery Barn, West Elm is the more funky and hip brand in the family.
From it’s hometown in Brooklyn, West Elm have come to Chapel Street, just down from the Jam Factory. I was really impressed with the quality of visual merchandising and the range of products and prices on offer.
Spread over two levels, you will find a complete range of furniture, bedding, homewares and kitchenware for your home.
If you live in the area, they offer a free in-home service to offer complimentary design and entertaining help. If you are not nearby, you can request a catalogue and shop online. Shipping starts at $12.95. When I was in store they had some really good markdowns on furniture, so it pays to keep an eye out.
