How cool would it be to turn old vintage plates and saucers into pretty wall art? Well that’s what the decorating duo behind Lightly in Melbourne have done. Their range of beautiful wall art hangings have been cut from recycled second-hand and vintage china plates and saucers. Each piece is crafted using ‘Nanna Technology’ to create something new out of something old.
Lightly’s wall art range are cut from reclaimed fine bone china plates. Plates are generally mixed floral saucers – Dalton, Willow, Johnson Bros, Royal Vale. Designs vary, and specific patterns can not be ordered but make a request on your check out notes and they’ll do their best to help you.
Anchors bring a touch of the nautical to your home. The blues of the Anchor will compliment natural tones, timbers and raw finishes.
The clouds are available in medium or large.
The swallow is a symbol of hope, wealth and freedom. In historic times, sailors would have a swallow tattooed on them when they begin their journey and a second one upon their safe return.
