A friend of mine keeps one of her pretty tea towels hanging over the oven rail. It’s not to be used. It’s just there to look pretty. Do you have one of those? Some people view tea towels as utilitarian, while to others they are a work of art. I like a bit of both. A pretty one you can have on display, and normal ones that you’re not scared to use when you need to clean up mess. I’ve searched our directory and found some of the prettiest tea towels – they are so pretty, you could actually frame them.

I just love the blue hydrangea tea towel from Villa Deluxe boutique pictured hanging on the oven above, but if one of my kids was to grab it to wipe up a spilt drink, you’d hear me scream out ‘Nooooo”. So what sort of tea towel person are you? Pretty or practical?
