Today we are sharing with you a home on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula where Helen, Gavin, Matt and Jack live. Helen and Gavin moved to this country property a few years ago and have since been renovating their country home. I was lucky enough to be invited to share their bathroom renovation with you on DIY Decorator today. I hope you love it as much as I do.
Decorated in soft blues and white this luxurious ensuite bathroom is full of natural light. Helen has chosen British Paints Venetian Sky for the walls and this large round mirror is from Pacific Bathrooms.
Helen sourced the bathroom stool from Lolas, a boutique store in Mornington. Bathroom stools serve a great purpose for holding a small display but are a practical piece of furniture when you are enjoying that long soak in the bath.
Adding small luxury items to your bathroom such as beautiful soaps and bath salts can create your own retreat you won’t want to leave.
This ladder was a great find from Ebay and is also another great piece for storing and displaying more bathroom towels.
The bathroom vanity was purchased from Ikea and blends in beautifully with the bathroom Helen has created.
Helen has a natural flair for renovating and decorating. This home is their first renovation project and they have previously built two more homes. Thank you Helen and Gavin for allowing us to show your gorgeous ensuite bathroom.
