Alex Perry, well known Australian fashion designer, has joined forces with Linen House to create a small but beautiful range of quilt covers and decorative cushions, inspired by the Greek Islands. Here’s a peak at some of the range.
Like a couture gown off the runway, this lace-inspired design in black, white and lemon is artfully layered with a printed pattern and butterfly embroidery on cotton percale. Pretty black and charcoal reverse. The feminine design really makes a statement against the dark walls and decor in this room. Calliope (Kalliope) is the Greek Goddess for music, song and dance.
Rhodes evokes thoughts of the sun and sea and celebrates the grandeur of ancient empires with a magnificent mosaic print in sunny yellow. The quilt and matching pillowcases feature a black piping trim for a contemporary contrast with the reverse printed in a stunning black and white mosaic.
Bring the Greek islands to your bedroom with this coastal-inspired blue and white pattern which captures the simple luxury of a sunny villa. Printed on fine cotton percale with a hand-stitched border, the quilt and matching pillowcases feature a pretty taupe and white print on the reverse. The chevron and blue Mykonos cushion you see on the bed are also available.
Alex Perry Bed linen is available from Linen House, Manchester Warehouse, and Pillow Talk.
