  • Declutter and clean your outdoor area, its amazing what does collect there through the colder months.

Seating & Potted Plants

This back porch provides a relaxing retreat for the end-of-day with this really comfy seating.

  • Are your cushions still fresh and plump, wipe down or wash your cushions according to the washing instructions.
  • Top up your potted plants with soil and fertilise.
  • Add some new plants or replace the old unhealthy plants.

  • Unpack the old cushions.  Do they need a wash, perhaps find some beautiful new colourful fabrics to cover them in and have some fun.
  • For a more relaxed look add softer neutral colours to your patio.

  • Create a candlelight display with Lanterns, each lantern can rest on a flat surface or be hung.
  • Use the new flicker flameless pillar candle from Pottery Barn in your lantern, a weather resistant candle that won’t melt in the heat.
  • Replace globes in your outdoor lightfittings.
  • Spray your hard to get to surfaces such as you light fittings with insect spray to keep cobwebs and spiders away.
  • Fairy lights will add a festive mood to your entertaining area too.

A note to our Queensland readers, don’t forget Pottery Barn Brisbane will be opening on the 1st October.
